Which appliances do you repair?
Washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and ranges, microwaves, refrigerators and freezers, bathroom fans and range hoods. If you're unsure, call and describe the problem.
Which brands do you work with?
All major brands including Bosch, Miele, Sub-Zero, Blomberg, Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, Maytag, KitchenAid, JENN-AIR and GE. We don't service Chinese-brand appliances.
Do you repair gas appliances?
No. Gas appliances require a special licence, so we only work on electric appliances.
How much does an inspection cost?
The inspection fee is $110–$139 + tax for standard appliances (plus $100 if the appliance is in a tight space or is a stackable unit), $189 + tax for Bosch, Miele, Sub-Zero and Blomberg, and $169 + tax for bathroom fans and range hoods. The repair cost is explained to you before any work begins.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes — 90 days (3 months) on both parts and labour.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry insurance. A provincial licence is not required for appliance repair in British Columbia.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most washer, dryer and oven repairs take about 1 hour, dishwashers around 2.5 hours and refrigerators around 3 hours. The exact time depends on the problem and the parts needed.
Do you install new appliances?
Yes — we install and remove appliances and make sure everything is connected and working properly. The exceptions are refrigerators and range hoods, which we repair but don't install.
Do you offer emergency or same-day calls?
We don't offer emergency call-outs. We work Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am – 7:00 pm (closed Sunday) — call or send a message and we'll find the nearest available time.

Do you offer maintenance?
Yes. Regular maintenance helps prevent breakdowns and extends the life of your appliances — ask about it when you book.
